• Good filtration effect:
It can remove grease from the smoke, meanwhile it can also remove as many impurities as possible to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen air. The effective grease removal rate is over 75% (500mm*500mm*30mm, wind speed 1m/s, in compliance with Japanese kitchen industry standards for high-quality products).
• Low resistance:
Pressure loss does not exceed 8pa. The filter of the range hood generates a certain amount of resistance when it is in operation. If the resistance is too high, it will affect the exhaust effectiveness and even accelerate the wear of the range hood. A good filter should have low resistance to avoid influencing the exhaust effectiveness.
• High temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance：
It can withstand temperatures up to 220℃ and has flame retardant properties. It is treated specially to possess strong resistance to corrosion. Range hoods are exposed to high temperature, humid environments and frequently come into contact with acidic and alkaline substances. If filter aging, deformation, and corrosion issues are not addressed, it can affect the lifespan and filtration efficiency of the filter.
